Delivery policy

This page says where we start and what we do not promise. The detail of a specific shipment comes from the quote.

Initial coverage

We deliver first in Jalisco, Michoacán, and Guanajuato. Other Mexican states are quoted separately: sometimes cost and lead time make sense, sometimes they do not.

Lead times

We do not publish a single lead time or a 24- or 48-hour slogan. The range depends on the goods, customs, and the destination. When we quote, we give you a range for that case.

Delivery photo

On family shipments, when it arrives at home, we send the photo on WhatsApp. If nobody receives it, we retry as agreed for that case; there is no fixed attempt count published here.

What does not travel

Perishables that will not survive the crossing, prohibited goods, and shipments with no declared value. Flowers and cakes, when they exist, are delivered with local partners in Mexico: they do not cross from California.

Warehouse in California

The receiving address is given when a case is accepted. We do not publish it in the open so we do not receive packages with no reference. The Wyoming seat does not receive goods.
