The route

From your purchase to their home, in four steps

We do not replace Amazon or everyday parcel service. We solve the hard stretch: the border crossing and delivery in Mexico.

  1. 1

You buy it or you send us the package

Amazon, a store, or in person. The destination address is our warehouse in California.

  2. 2

    It arrives in California

We receive it, identify it, and prepare the crossing. You pay in dollars, from the United States.

  3. 3

We cross with duties in the clear

We calculate customs before we move the goods. Only what is legal and can be imported.

  4. 4

Your family receives it in Mexico

Delivery in Jalisco, Michoacán, and Guanajuato. Initial coverage; other destinations, case by case.

Three paths

Choose according to where you are

The same operation — warehouse, customs, delivery — serving a family shipment, an import, or a brand.

Model A.2

Shipments from the United States

You live in the U.S. and you want a gift, a device, or a specific purchase to reach your family in Mexico.

  • What you choose, not someone else’s catalog
  • Pay in dollars
  • Also for businesses importing equipment
Model A.1

Import while you are in Mexico

You are in Mexico and you want something from the United States — sneakers, a spare part, machinery — without fighting customs.

  • Solved case by case
  • Duties calculated in advance
  • Legal goods, consumer or industrial
Model C

Distribution for brands

U.S. brands that want to enter Mexico with a partner who imports, delivers, and collects payment.

  • They deliver to our California warehouse
  • Mi Vínculo pays there and imports
  • Commercial placement with Emma Velázquez

Operations

Two hubs, one route

We receive in the United States. We deliver in Mexico. We run the crossing with a customs broker; the customer does not negotiate the entry filing.

California

Receiving point for family shipments, imports from Mexico, and brands that drop inventory for distribution. Here we consolidate and prepare the crossing.

Delivery hub · Jalisco, Mexico

Jalisco

Control center for local deliveries. We start with the states that have the most family on the other side: Jalisco, Michoacán, and Guanajuato. Other destinations are quoted separately.

Model C · B2B

U.S. brands, official distribution in Mexico

If your brand wants to enter the Mexican market without standing up a subsidiary or fighting customs, we run the logistics and the commercial stretch. You deliver in California; we pay there, import, deliver, and collect here.

  • Commercial base with Intermoda and existing customers
  • Placement by Emma Velázquez, the B2B commercial arm
  • One counterpart for crossing, delivery, and collection

What we do promise, and what we do not

We quote the crossing before we move the goods. We do not cross anything illegal. Delivery times and the final cost come from each case, not from a slogan on the page.

Coverage

We start in western Mexico

Initial delivery in three states. Another destination is quoted: sometimes it works, sometimes the cost does not make sense.

  • Jalisco
  • Michoacán
  • Guanajuato
  • Other states, case by case

What a case looks like

Examples, without menu prices

Each quote comes from the actual contents. These three cases illustrate the lines; they are not a rate card.

Model A.2

A phone for Guadalajara

You buy it in California, ship it to the warehouse, and we quote the crossing. Your family receives it at home. The cost comes from that device, not from a slogan.

Model A.1

A spare part you cannot find in León

You are in Mexico and the part is only sold in the U.S. We receive it in California and quote duties and delivery before we move it.

Model C

A brand that delivers in California

The first shipment arrives at the warehouse. We evaluate the line, the volume, and who we would sell it to. This is not an automatic signup.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked most

Can I send something I already bought on Amazon?

Yes. That is the main path. You give us the tracking number or drop it at the California warehouse. We quote the crossing on what is in the box.

How long does it take, and which states do you cover?

Lead time comes from each case, not from a 24-hour slogan. Initial coverage is Jalisco, Michoacán, and Guanajuato. Other destinations are quoted separately.

Do you work with brands, not only families?

Yes. Authorized distribution (Model C) is for U.S. brands that deliver in California. The family channel and B2B are not mixed in the same deal.

Quote

Tell us what you want to send

One message is enough to build a quote. If you already have the purchase link or the package weight, even better.

Include country code. Example: +1 555 000 0000.

City or state in the United States, or “already in Mexico.”

Initial coverage: Jalisco, Michoacán, and Guanajuato.

Brand, model, quantity, or a link to the purchase. Legal goods only.
