How we quote
We ask for value, weight or dimensions, and the destination in Mexico. With that we estimate duties, VAT when it applies, the crossing, and last-mile. The number we send you is the one we operate on, not a teaser that grows later.
What we do not do
We do not cross prohibited or undervalued goods. We do not promise a 24-hour lead time for a machine. We do not compete with the online supermarket that already delivers that same item in your city.

If you are already in Mexico
I live in Mexico. Can I be the one who pays?
Yes. This line is built for people who are already here and want something from the United States. The quote tells you how to pay; we run the crossing and the delivery.
Does this work for a spare part or a machine, not just a gift?
Yes. Model A.1 covers consumer goods and working goods: spare parts, tools, equipment, legal machinery. Each piece is quoted with its tariff heading.
Do you buy the product for me?
If you do not have it yet, we can put the U.S. purchase and the crossing together. If you already paid, it is enough for it to arrive at the California warehouse with your reference.
Why not just order it on Amazon Mexico?
Because sometimes it is not there, it takes too long, it costs more, or it is a model only sold in the U.S. We do not compete with that catalog: we solve the case Amazon.mx does not cover.
How much does it cost to import?
It depends on the value, the type of goods, and the destination. That is why there is no single rate on this page. The quote includes estimated duties before we cross.
