What data we ask for

On the quote form: name, WhatsApp number, origin, destination, and a description of what you want to send or import. We do not ask for a card number or a credit file on this site.

What we use it for

Only to answer the quote and, if there is a deal, to run the shipment or the distribution conversation. We do not sell lists. We do not use the data for a third-party ad profile.

Where it is stored

Until transactional email exists, a copy of the request may sit as a JSON file on the server, off the public web. It is deleted when it is no longer needed for the deal. Hosting is on the operator’s VPS.

Language cookie

The MVIDIOMA cookie remembers whether you chose Spanish or English. It lasts one year, is httponly, and does not track ads. If it is missing, we may read the Accept-Language header for that visit only.

Access rights and contact

To access, correct, delete, or object to processing, write to privacy@mivinculo.com. We reply during business hours. This notice will be updated when a more formal file or a DPO exists.
