Informational version. By sending a quote request you accept that the reply is not a contract until both sides confirm it in writing or on the agreed channel.

What this site is

mivinculo.com describes three lines: shipments from the United States to Mexico, import while you are in Mexico, and authorized distribution for brands. It is not a marketplace, there is no cart, and there is no menu price.

Not an offer of carriage or of credit

A quote is an estimate for that contents, origin, and destination. It is not a policy, not a published contract of carriage, and not an offer of mortgage credit or any other financial product.

Legal goods

We only move what can be declared and imported. We may refuse a shipment if value is missing, if there are signs of undervaluation, or if the goods are prohibited or need a permit that does not arrive.

Payments

When there is a deal, payment is agreed in dollars on the channel we indicate (there is no online charge on this site). Customs duties are part of the quote when they apply.

Governing law

The entity is a Wyoming LLC. Logistics in Mexico are also subject to Mexican customs rules. A concrete dispute is handled with whoever owns that stretch.
