Warehouse in California. Deliveries in Jalisco, Michoacán, and Guanajuato. Customs duties calculated before the crossing.
Model A.2

From your purchase in the United States to your family’s home

We will not ask you to pick among three flower arrangements. If you bought it there and you want that specific thing to arrive — cheaper, new, or simply theirs — we receive it in California and take it to Mexico.

What you choose, not someone else’s catalog

How it ships

Four steps, one counterpart

You buy. We receive, cross, and deliver. Your family in Mexico does not have to go to customs.

  1. 1

    You buy what they need

On Amazon, at the corner store, or in person. It does not have to be in our catalog: it has to be legal and able to cross.

  2. 2

    You send it to California

We give you the warehouse address and a reference to identify the package. If you shop online, that is the shipping address.

  3. 3

    We quote the crossing

With the contents and the value we tell you duties and delivery cost before anything moves. You authorize it. Pay in dollars.

  4. 4

    It arrives at their home

We cross, we deliver in western Mexico, and we send you the photo on WhatsApp.

Scope

What we will cross, and what we will not

Anything legal that can be imported. The quote comes from the actual contents, not from a menu price.

This is for

  • Clothing, footwear, and personal electronics
  • Spare parts, tools, and light equipment
  • Specific gifts you bought yourself
  • Merchandise or machinery for a business

We do not cross

  • Weapons, precursors, cash, or prohibited goods
  • Perishables that will not survive the crossing
  • Shipments with no declared value or incomplete data
  • Goods that need a special permit if the paperwork is missing

Other gift paths

When a box does not need to cross

Some gifts never leave California: they are bought and delivered in Mexico, with local partners. Our own catalog is still being defined.

A.2.1 · Own inventory

What we will sell ourselves

Light tech, jewelry, and gift sets. We buy it, we hold it, and we sell it to you in dollars. The exact assortment is published when it is locked; we will not show prices for products we do not yet operate.

A.2.2 · Local partners

Flowers, cakes, and what does not travel

Allies who take the order and deliver in the city. Things we do not sell ourselves and that do not make sense to bring from Amazon: a birthday cake, a same-day arrangement. Not tech, not what is already at Coppel.

Frequently asked questions

Before you quote

Can I send something I already bought on Amazon or in a store?

Yes. That is the main path. You give us the tracking number or you drop it at the warehouse. We quote the crossing on what is actually in the box, not on a generic catalog.

How long does it take?

It depends on the goods, on customs, and on the destination in Mexico. When we quote, we give you a range for that case. We do not publish a single lead time because it would not be true for every package.

Do you deliver throughout Mexico?

Initial coverage is Jalisco, Michoacán, and Guanajuato. Other states are quoted separately: sometimes it works, sometimes the cost does not make sense. We look at it in the request.

Do you also work with businesses?

Yes. If a company in the United States or in Mexico needs to import merchandise, equipment, or machinery, we use the same warehouse and the same crossing. The quote is per shipment.

Do you sell gifts yourselves?

We will have our own inventory (light tech, jewelry, sets) and local partners for flowers and cakes. The catalog is still being built. Meanwhile, the open path is to send what you buy.

Coverage

We start in western Mexico

Initial delivery in three states. Another destination is quoted: sometimes it works, sometimes the cost does not make sense.

  • Jalisco
  • Michoacán
  • Guanajuato
  • Other states, case by case

An example case, with no price

A phone bought at a California store, meant for mom in Guadalajara. We receive the package at the warehouse, quote the crossing on the real value, and deliver it at home. The number comes from that device.
